We want you to be happy with your order. We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of receipt. After that we can only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Only items that have not been worn or washed in re-sellable condition may be returned unless damaged or defective. Music and DVDs may only be returned if factory sealed unless damaged or defective. All Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You are responsible for all shipping costs involving an exchange or return, except if we made a mistake on your order. In the event we made an error we do apologize, contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item and prepaid mailer to rectify the situation.

If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping.
